These Terms and Conditions govern all commercial transactions conducted through cloudbytegrid.tech. By ordering a service or product, you acknowledge having read and accepted these Terms in full.
These Terms apply to all digital development, software, or consulting services offered by CloudByte Grid LLC, including design, implementation, and maintenance packages.
All prices are shown in multiple currencies (EUR, USD, GBP, CHF, CAD). Prices may vary depending on project complexity and are subject to change without prior notice. The applicable rate is the one displayed at the time of order confirmation.
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. CloudByte Grid LLC does not store or access customers’ card data. Orders are deemed confirmed once full payment is successfully received.
Project deliverables or digital services are usually delivered within 48 hours to 5 business days, depending on workload and service type. Early delivery may occur where possible. Delays due to technical or external causes do not constitute grounds for cancellation.
Clients may request a refund within 30 days of purchase, excluding discounted or promotional services. Refund requests must be made by email to contact@cloudbytegrid.tech. Processing fees and currency-conversion costs remain the client’s responsibility.
Clients must provide accurate project information and respond to communications promptly. CloudByte Grid LLC cannot be held responsible for delays caused by missing client input.
All services are provided “as is.” CloudByte Grid LLC guarantees technical execution according to the agreed specifications but does not guarantee results or commercial outcomes.
The company shall not be liable for indirect damages such as loss of profits, data loss, or third-party claims resulting from project use or delivery.
CloudByte Grid LLC is not responsible for delays or non-performance resulting from circumstances beyond reasonable control, including network outages, strikes, or governmental restrictions.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the laws of the State of Kentucky. Disputes shall be settled before the competent courts of Kentucky.
