Refund Policy — CloudByte Grid LLC

This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made on cloudbytegrid.tech, operated by CloudByte Grid LLC.

1. General Policy

CloudByte Grid LLC provides digital development and consulting services. While our goal is client satisfaction, we understand situations may arise requiring a refund.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refund requests are accepted within 30 calendar days from the date of purchase. Requests beyond this period will not be eligible.

3. Non-Refundable Items

  • Discounted or promotional services;
  • Work already delivered, deployed, or customized per client request;
  • Administrative, banking, or currency-conversion fees.

4. Process for Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, contact contact@cloudbytegrid.tech with your order reference and reason for the request. Refunds are reviewed within 5–10 business days and processed to the original payment method via Stripe.

5. Partial Refunds

Where partial work has been completed, CloudByte Grid LLC may offer a prorated refund based on the portion of services not yet delivered.

6. Fees and Deductions

Payment gateway, transfer, or currency-exchange fees are non-refundable and remain the customer’s responsibility.

7. Processing Time

Approved refunds are generally issued within 5 to 10 business days depending on the client’s bank and currency used.

8. Governing Law

This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of the United States and the laws of the State of Kentucky.
